Their answer was correct, but the program did not agree
We trust technology with practically everything. We think computers cannot make mistakes, but sadly, these things do happen. In this case, the software does not agree with the student’s answer, even though it is clearly right.
The sad part is that you cannot really argue with a computer and explain why your answer is right. But the bright side is that this person can always send this picture to the professor and ask for a recount.
