The 1998 comedy-drama film, Stepmom, was directed by Chris Columbus and produced by Wendy Finerman, Mark Radcliffe, and Michael Barnathan. It starred Ed Harris as Luke Harrison, who decides to marry his girlfriend, Isabel Kelly (Julia Roberts), but when Kelly meets Luke’s children for the first time, they do not hide the fact that she is not welcome.
Pictured above is the home used for filming the exteriors. It is located in Nyack, New York. The interiors were modeled after the real ones on a separate soundstage. Today, the home is up for sale and priced at $3.5 million. Along with a fabulous view of the Hudson, the 6-bedroom, 4-bath also features an expansive lawn and cascading waterfall brook.
