She got arrested for standing up for her rights, which led to the Montgomery Bus Boycott and played a huge role in the civil rights movement.

Rosa Parks won several awards for her defiant act and activism against racial discrimination and segregation. In celebration of that, Barbie added a Rosa Parks doll to the Inspiring Women Series.
