Ida B. Wells Barbie
Ida B. Wells was an American educator, investigative journalist, and leader in the civil rights movement. She was one of the brains behind the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Ida is famous for her political and social activism. Through her newspaper, she spoke out against the violence suffered by African Americans in the lynching era- regardless of the consequences- and was awarded for her bravery and relentless efforts.
