He actually got this super old TV
His grandfather told him that if he came to visit him, he would give him a beautiful flat-screen television he no longer used for Christmas. Feeling excited, he ran to get it, only to find a mid-century television. Well, technically, grandpa wasn’t lying; the screen is flat.
Although it isn’t a TV you can use to watch Netflix or some other streaming platform, it is still a beautiful device. Perhaps even an antique collector can exchange it for a new television. The lesson here is to always see the glass half full.
