This one bothers every young adult out there. The immense pressure put on this generation to perform exceedingly well in all spheres of life, earn good money, and then be stable with that money introduces a unique type of mental pressure and exhaustion. No wonder everyone is so worried about their future that they forget to live in the present.
Sure, financial stability is important, and we all should develop and maintain habits that will help us financially support ourselves. But that shouldn’t be the only thing on your mind all the time! Living too much in the future costs us a lot of our present.
