It’s night, keep yourself up and tight

Bram Stoker’s Dracula may have popularized vampires, and people’s fear of them, but the fear surrounding these winged creatures had already existed for centuries. Traditionally, there were numerous ways to frighten, ward off, harass and anger a vampire. So, it was no surprise that protecting oneself from these not-so-imaginary creatures was a concept that existed.

According to myth, it was important to protect oneself from the kiss (or bite) of death, which could cause victims to do the unimaginable. As such, we can’t blame @ThatAlgerKid for regularly covering his neck with a blanket to dissuade the vampires from attacking.
