Beware, humans, an invasion is incoming
The concept of aliens never ceases to capture our imagination. A common feature in science fiction movies, comics or books has been that during an alien invasion, extraterrestrials visit Earth with the intention to replace, exterminate or enslave human life. Whether to turn humans into food, steal the planet’s natural resources, or destroy planet Earth altogether, these aliens’ portrayed aims are scary.
Many of us still hold onto this collective psyche of an incoming invasion. This social media user, @tjpman, is one such grown-up who believes another species will take over at some point and will kill everyone in the process. Even with the advancement in science and technology, a handful of us would freak out at the sight of these creatures. The thoughts of flatworms all over us make our hearts skip.
