As adults, we typically no longer crawl on the ground like we may have done when we were little kids. But the truth is, maybe we should. It is undeniably fun and a great workout. Crawling is a motion pattern like walking and running, where the person is trying to get from one place to another.

Re-learning to crawl as proficiently as we did as a baby will pay big dividends for our overall strength and fitness. Whenever we try to keep fit by engaging in all forms of crawling, like clock crawl, bear crawl, lateral bear crawl, etc., we scare @bricdent, who thinks we are snarling and growling.
