Mia Farrow wore a fancy engagement ring in Gatsby (1974)
Fitzgerald’s novel The Great Gatsby has had plenty of adaptations on the silver screen. One of them is Gatsby, a 1974 film directed by Jack Clayton. In it, Daisy Buchanan was portrayed by Mia Farrow, a blonde actress that perfectly captured the character’s sense of fashion.
Since Daisy is a wealthy socialite, Farrow sported plenty of classy outfits and glamorous jewels throughout the movie. Still, the most eye-catching of them was the fancy marquise engagement ring with diamond tapered baguettes that we see in the picture.
