Sometimes we need to take a break and reflect: what came first, the chicken or the egg? In this image, we encounter the same kind of question. Was the column built before they put the handrail, or was it the other way?

A rail is impossible to get around, so it must have gone through if the column came later. This is almost like a metaphor for sorting obstacles that seem to stop us: just like this column, we can overcome problems and keep on thriving.
