Neurologists misdiagnosed the cause of their headaches as dehydration
People who suffer from migraines know that dehydration is a common trigger. Nevertheless, those people also know that getting them once a day is not typical. Unfortunately for this person, the issue had nothing to do with their insufficient water consumption.
His doctor heard “headache” and gave him some pills without really listening. MDs go through years of preparation before they can even practice, but it seems their lessons do not include much empathy training. Judging by these stories, many physicians could use it.
