She does not want her neighbors to talk on the phone all day long
As some may already know, living with a shared wall might be a particularly challenging situation to face. It is totally understandable that our neighbors would object to us partying hard or blasting music. However, this next neighbor had some other complaints.
This particular neighbor had a request that was a little more personal. They did not object to loud music or television but instead claimed that normal phone conversations were not allowed. Nonetheless, our neighbors cannot ask us to be entirely silent at all times.
