Living in an apartment building can be difficult at times, especially if you have noisy neighbors who like to move furniture around at 4 a.m. However, someone made a concerted effort to bother their downstairs neighbors by dragging something else, their feet.
We just want to let them know that prehistoric times have called, and they need their stone shoes back as soon as possible. Jokes aside, how difficult is it to raise your feet instead of shuffling them when walking?
