Some people are utterly obsessed with their lawns. Some neighbors may take it to a whole new level like this next person. A passive-aggressive approach typically works, but this one is stretching the edge, maybe a little too far.
In this case, perhaps putting up a warning sign is overreacting. Anyway, we can not help but wonder why they chose their grandson to do their dirty work. Moreover, what do the parents of the poor toddler have to say about it?
