‘Your cat/raccoon is in my yard again’
Imagine you find your neighbor’s pet in your backyard. Perhaps, it would be more convenient to confirm that it is their cat if we wish to tell a neighbor that it is on our property. We should at the very least double-check that it is, in fact, a cat.
Before sending this text, this neighbor did not even check if it was a cat at all. This is not this person’s pet; it is also not a cat at all. Even though their neighbor insisted it was a raccoon, they tried to blame it on them!
