Usually, the work and responsibility of homeowners determine the overall beauty of a complete neighborhood. In order to compel neighbors to contribute, some communities even impose an HOA or similar arrangement. But sometimes, things can get a little out of hand.
Nobody wants to hear comments about their house. For example, having a few scattered toys in your yard that your neighbors do not like is one thing. But it is a completely different thing to litter the whole street.
