The good news is that this neighbor’s car did not physically obstruct this person’s driveway. But they were not fully out of the way either. This next person is storing a large ladder in the bed of their truck.
In this case, it is clear that they could have pulled up to keep the ladder out of the neighbor’s way, but they did not take the time and did not care at all. What is more, it seems like a risky decision to make.
