These neighbors were fighting over a cat
Every once in a while, if our cat escapes throughout the night, we may need to seek assistance from our neighbors. After all, who is more likely to see a missing cat in the neighborhood than the locals?
The downside here might be that some people would take advantage of the opportunity to prove themselves as bad neighbors. When this person got a text concerning their car, they probably did not expect to see someone else claiming the cat as their own.
