This old man styled a tuxedo and a kilt with pink tights
Kilts are knee-length plaid skirts worn traditionally by Gaelic men and boys. As an essential part of Scottish folklore, they’re usually accompanied by tall white socks and an instrument called bagpipe. However, this elderly man clearly doesn’t seem to care much about tradition.
His choice of pink tights under that kilt would enrage anyone in Scotland. Another odd factor is the tuxedo he wore on top. No event but a Halloween party could ever require such a peculiar attire.
