Insecurity and robbery are definitely important subjects when looking for a place to start a life or deciding to move out. It is tragic that nowadays you have to be careful even at places that seem safe, and needless to say, when it comes to one’s home.
This person had their house broken into by their very own neighbor, who was not even clever enough to hide away the stolen stuff. One could argue that they were trying to be caught out of regret. Even so, it is a wise decision to move somewhere else.
