Was he Saving them for Something?
There are those of us who live in homes and those that meant to live in the jungle. Even animals do not sleep above their waste, so why should you?
I just want to know one little detail, how did you or anyone breathe in that environment? This is one of the cases where you are justified in calling the cops because this is troubling, and this person really needs help.
