You can’t get one half and not the other
Sure, it’d be nice if we could be as happy as the characters in the first half of horror movies. Ignorance is bliss, after all. However, upon learning that your home is being terrorized by a serial killer from the 1880s, it would make sense to be freaked out, right?
You can’t have the first half and not live with the second. That’s not how life works. Then again, life doesn’t work with invisible creatures trying to get you out of their abode. If you really want to be happy, go outside, meet new people, stick to a healthy diet, exercise, and find new hobbies. Not even a ghost could ruin your life!
