A lot of horror movies start off with a family moving into a new home. To be fair, the family usually learns about the horrific killings that took place in their new home after they’ve moved in. And it’s not like they can sell it at market price and purchase a new home within the first hour of the movie, right?
However, since murder homes usually sell at below-market prices, it makes sense for families, especially mid-class ones, to take advantage of these ridiculous sales. Who wouldn’t want to purchase a 3-story haunted mansion for just $5,000? We could live with a few creaking floorboards.
