Why would a doctor have a say on how you look?
Doctors are only supposed to help you feel better. If you want an aesthetic opinion, you should then go to an image consultant. A good doctor will check on you, offer you a treatment, and go to the next patient.
It is never a good sign when doctors comment on our looks. Although they thought they were helpful by offering a nose job, they should have hidden their surprise when the patient declined it. In our opinion, they got a bit nosey.
