There is a single square inch of raised carpet in this living room
There is definitely something beneath that square inch of raised carpet, but it is odd that they lined it and made sure there was a matching piece of carpet. This strange thing almost looks like a small stage.
Someone could add a small microphone stand with stage lighting and wait for a mouse to appear to demonstrate their abilities. Maybe Jerry from the TV show Tom and Jerry would get up there and steal the show until Tom came along.
