Wisconsin is the home of Chatty Belle Cow, the largest talking cow
Wisconsin is the leading dairy producer in the United States. So much so that it is called “The Cheese Capital of America.” As you can tell by that name, the state is best known for its cheeses, but it also has an interesting attraction you cannot miss if you ever go there.
The monument you see above is Chatty Belle. It is 16 feet tall and the world’s largest talking cow sculpture. The name comes from a local contest won by a kid. The best thing about Chatty Belle is that she shares facts about the state’s dairy industry.
