What is an American Breakfast?
Whenever we say ‘American Breakfast,’ we automatically picture bacon, fried eggs, and hash browns. These are all ‘worthy’ of being called American breakfast because they are all oily. American cuisine is 50% oil; the rest is just sodium and frozen foods.
While other countries focus on filling up high-nutrition foods that fuel your body and don’t make you sluggish, Americans complement their proteins with fats too!
