Americans don’t post on social media about other countries
This statement kind of feels so right and yet so stereotypically wrong at the same time. Obviously, Americans post about countries other than the United States, but their obsession with America is probably the reason that fuels such beliefs.
Now thinking about it, Americans post about other countries way less than they make posts about their native land. That isn’t something necessarily uncommon outside America, but this is definitely very American. It’s just that whenever this statement is mentioned, the first thought that’ll pop in anybody’s mind is that it’s Americans that we’re talking about.
