These recruiters are asking the impossible from applicants
You probably know job-hunting can be a really stressful process, especially during the first year, when you lack the experience many companies demand. For this reason, it’s not uncommon for desperate job seekers to lie in their resumes hoping to stand out from other candidates.
But it’s not the candidate’s fault if the opening contains contradictory information. In this case, the recruiters clearly don’t know what they’re asking for. Chances are they don’t master the Swift programming language themselves. They’ll either have to hire liars or lower their expectations.
