They didn’t choose the best shape for a piñata
Children’s parties would be almost unimaginable without a piñata. What flows out of the famous Mexican cardboard figure are candies that make kids try to catch them in the air, and create a fun time for each guest. And everyone knows that it needs to be hit with a stick for the sweets to come out.
So why would you buy a piñata shaped like the little girl’s favorite stuffed animal? Many designs are just plain circles or squares, and there’s no need to get any (fake) animals involved in this violent game. This child’s friends might have taken the phrase “it’s what’s on the inside that counts” too literally.
