This parent fills Oreos with cream cheese so that their kids don’t eat the cookie’s filling
Oreo enthusiasts often think that the greatest part of this American cookie is its delicious creamy filling. Kids love to remove it to eat it by itself, but if they scrape it off with their tongues and leave the black part of the Oreo, the sandwich cookie gets wasted.
Twitter user @Poormomsunite noticed that their kids were behaving like this and got a brainwave. After their children took off the filling with their tongues, they put cream cheese inside the cookies, which is a less tasty take on Oreo’s traditional sugary center. They didn’t share whether it was a successful move, though.
