Anyone who loves celebrating their birthday understands what that day means to us. It is our day and nobody else’s; we receive a lot of love, gifts, and attention. Everything’s peachy, but when it is someone else’s birthday and not ours, that is where the problems begin.
We all make the girl’s face in the photo when we are the ones who have to buy the gifts, and we are not the ones who will blow out the candles at the end of the night. This girl represents us, and her jealousy is as big as our desire for it to be our birthday.
