This garden is more like an obsessive stash of potted plants
A hobbyist is a person who is enthusiastic about a particular hobby. This has nothing to do with hoarding. If this user had managed a garden instead, that would have been considered a hobby, but why have these many potted plants, especially when it is obvious that you are running out of space?
She would have to dedicate hours of her time daily to check up on every one of these plants. What happens when they die of neglect? Plant hoarding is becoming increasingly common, and some say they indulge in it because of the physical and mental wellness the plants bring them. If so, one or two should suffice.
