Bags of treasure or trash?
Trash for sure! If you have to keep them in a trash bag, out of the house, then it is definitely garbage. From the picture, one can tell that most of the items in the bags are useless. All you can do is recycle what you can and throw the rest away. Why hoard empty bottles of milk, take-out containers, and other junk when you can throw them all out?
There are different levels to hoarding, and when items start producing smells, bugs, and other kinds of mess, help needs to be sent. To him, it has value, but we know better.
