Imagine hoarding newspapers for decades. How are they preserved from mold and mites? Do hoarders read every single one of them? Were the crossword puzzles in each paper completed, or were they like precious assets, set aside without turning the pages for fear of tearing or wrinkling them?
Since the creation of digital news platforms, print newspaper circulation has declined. Does that mean this hoarder would stop collecting newspapers when they stop making them? Will they continue in digital format, saving them as files on their computer? At least the hoarder’s daughter found use in them.
