Kanye West is no stranger to the spotlight, whether in the musical world or the fashion industry. His weird and alien-looking designs in footwear and apparel have made him one of the most respected fashion designers of all time. He was also the stylist for his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, and was solely in charge of most of her public outfits.
His Yeezy sneakers were a cultural reset to footwear design and production and ushered in a new realm of shoes for fans. Most believe his eccentric design, which can not be replicated elsewhere, gives him an edge over others. There is no way you would walk into a gathering with some Kanye Yeezys without getting attention. Sneaker-heads scour the internet and “drop” sites waiting for new Yeezy releases and bid for resale shoes.
