Ingenious or Stupid?
Intelligent feats of engineering are usually celebrated. The architect or whoever designed it usually gets praised and becomes famous. It is the dream of every architect and civil engineer to build something that will become a reference point now and in the future.
The person that designed and built this building probably thinks they were being clever. We might need to ask this individual why he felt passing telephone wires through a building was the intelligent thing to do. They might have a good reason, but we’ll never know.
