Airhorns are one of the oldest comedic devices of all time. There are few pranks as timeless and as good as sounding one off in close vicinity to someone. This person decided to bring their antics up a notch.
They combined the concept of the traditional whoopie-cushion prank with the power of the airhorn. The minute that person sits down, everybody in the office will know. We hope nobody gets a heart attack from the deafening noise.
