An evacuation plan that was incorrectly summarized
In an emergency situation, orders must be given swiftly, and they must be easy to understand. That is why whoever is in charge must keep their orders short and to the point. You could say they should be short enough to fit on a post-it note.
This is a good example, although running is exactly what you should not do in case of evacuation. The most important thing is to keep calm. Running around with no purpose will be counterproductive.
