This barber did not know how to do that haircut correctly
Nowadays, good haircuts seem to be hard to come by, and this barber might be unaware of their own limitations. This person went to their neighborhood barbershop and gave the barber a snapshot for a bit of inspiration of what they wanted. But this is what they got instead.
The style they were going for was longer on top, with a fade on the bottom. The barber suggested they could do it right away because it seemed to be a very basic cut. This poor customer got a haircut that looks like it was done by a blindfolded person, right?
