That took us a second. This student entered high school with a flat chest and end it with a somewhat less flat chest. It is no surprise that she is beaming so brightly. Nevertheless, we get that the first part is a good thing, but what about the second part?
People usually express enhanced satisfaction with the body area on which they had plastic surgery since it improves their self-esteem, quality of life, self-confidence, or interpersonal relationships. Too bad her grades have also dropped, which is not ideal, but she does not seem to mind.
