Grandma needed to be right
Grandmas love their Bible, which is all about turning the other cheek and being good to each other. Isn’t it? One would expect a person who claims to know the Bible this well to be kind and open to talking and sharing God’s word. This grandma only wanted to be right.
Listen, we’re not judging. I mean, who doesn’t like to be right? But if you can’t communicate nicely about specific subjects, you should ban the issue from the dinner table. It can’t be easy putting up with family members like this. They’ll eventually have nothing to talk about.
