Minions hate when things are unclear or unanswered
Since Minions are dumb and slow, they must be properly taught before performing their tasks. Unanswered questions or tasks often make them angry. In addition, theyd they tend to be uncoordinated. Hence, Gru ensures that all his tasks for the Minions are laid out properly before leaving them to do other activities.
Once all the required tasks are outlined and explained in detail, the Minions coordinate themselves properly and get to work immediately, performing all the tasks as expected. This ability is a curse and a blessing as they cannot think for themselves, yet they exhibit expertise in whatever they do.
