Not everyone is a bookworm, but people in today’s day and age, where content is everywhere, should appreciate reading. Whether it is reading online or print news, magazines or books, there is a wealth of knowledge out there for the taking. Reading also helps get conversations going, which is important when dating.
Yes, it is impossible to know it all, but it’s not impossible to read and learn something new every day. Having a conversation with someone who thinks reading is for morons would be odd. It is understandable why he left even before they ordered.
