Teenage rom-coms are a lie
We often have the wrong assumption that living with our best friends would be like having the best roommate possible. However, things don’t always work out between roommates even if they are (or were) two very good friends. The nature of their relationship may change for the better or for the worse once they live together.
Living with someone can be a totally different experience than seeing them for a moment or two every day. Sharing daily chores, managing schedules, and splitting the bills can take a toll on any friendship. Living with friends might not be as easy and fun as it appears on the surface or in movies.
