A basic rule of sharing an apartment should be to immediately clean up after yourself whenever using a shared space, like the bathroom, the kitchen, all utensils, etc. No one wants to use the bathroom when the floor was left soaking wet. It’s gross and dangerous. And no one wants to use a kitchen that looks like a tornado hit the sink and countertops. So it’s best to leave a place clean and dry for the next person.
