Well, someone had a good roommate
By far, almost all of the featured comments here were about how people were absolutely terrified and disgusted by their roommate and their poor manners. So much so, that now reading about an actually positive bond between roommates seems quite surprising, though encouraging.

While this comment is brimming with radiating positivity, there is something that all of us can learn from this user and her roommate, which is, to let go. None of us is perfect. We all have some habits that might make others uneasy around us. The best way to deal with roommates and all of our differences is to just accept that we are all human and that we all have positive and negative attributes. So ignoring some of these things might actually play in our favor.
