The trigger is not always the cause
We often don’t realize that we all carry some amount of emotional baggage. Some of us also have an unaccounted weight of long-suppressed passive aggression. These suppressed, negative feelings don’t make their presence felt in our day-to-day lives, but when this pot fills up to the brim, things can get nasty.
We never know when our mind has had enough and even the slightest thing might provoke us to act irrationally, which might seem like exaggerated anger on our part. Therefore, it is advised to not suppress our feelings; it is better to have small and frequent conflicts than one major one.
