It’s All Cake
The rise of hyper-realistic cake artists and their baking and decorating skills are becoming a thing of concern. We are beginning to doubt everything we see. From our favorite KFC to neatly folded jeans, it turns out these products may actually be cake. Fondant, which is made from sugar, hydrogenated oils, glycerol, and gelatine, is every hyper-realistic cake decorator’s secret weapon.
